There are 2 that standout for there finish and are perfect for the DIY.

1: Phototex - a self adhesive fabric that has a beautiful lux look and feel. It is repositionable so when you are doing it for the first time if it doesn't line up you can peal it back and try again.

2: Pre-pasted wallpaper - this is great as it prints beautifully, is easy to install and is easy to remove. it contours to your walls so all the texture in the wall comes through looking like you just painted the mural yourself.
